3.2. You acknowledge that the quality and accuracy of the memoir are dependent on the information provided by You.

3.3 All content must be suitable for the public domain. We reserve the right to delete any content that is classified in nature.

4. Payment Terms

4.2. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services in the event of non-payment.

5.2. We retain the right to use excerpts of the memoir for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. Our liability for any damages arising out of or in connection with the provision of Services shall be limited to the amount paid by You for the Services.
